THCC has launched a new project focused on single-family home development consulting and test marketing, with the goal of expanding “Japanese-quality” living environments in the Philippine market.

Through this initiative, we will apply the real estate development expertise and rigorous construction standards cultivated in Japan to local housing projects, aiming to propose homes that are truly safe, secure, and comfortable for customers in the Philippines. As our first pilot project, we will support a single-family home development and conduct test marketing, while gathering local insights and refining our quality standards.
